We have been present on Antiparos since 2017, initially restoring and operating a collection of holiday homes in Agios Georgios (www.another-island.com), a business that has since become a point of reference on the island and has attracted a very loyal and expanding clientele. Driven by the initial success of this effort, we set up Sanctuary Bay, a property development and management company dedicated to serving homeowners as well as guests in Antiparos. We kicked off our property management business in the summer of 2024, managing five properties exclusively on behalf of the owners, and are seeking to grow this portfolio and expand our operation.

Most importantly, we are not agents: We offer a full-scope service meaning that you as a home owner can enjoy a hands-off experience whilst we take care of every element related to the rental process. We have our own dedicated team of cleaners as well as collaborations with local technicians who can help solve issues that might come up.
We think long-term: We do not seek to maximise the rental rate per night from a property in a single season; instead, we will try to attract the right type of guest for your property, and offer a great experience so that this guest will return again and again and recommend it to their network; this will ensure long-term success, higher occupancy rates and ultimately result in greater profitability.
We are local: Our business is based in Antiparos and we are personally present throughout the entire rental season. Our local focus allows us to offer a better guest experience and help resolve any issues that might occur.
We focus on the bottom line: In the holiday rentals business, most people confuse revenue with profitability. Because of our setup, where we are the ones transacting with the clients and paying for relevant expenses, we can deliver significantly more net profit than an agency, that achieves the same amount bookings as we do, could deliver.
